Attire: This event is casual, but feel free to embrace traditional yellow or orange hues. Things can get a little messy, so please wear something you don’t mind getting stained.
Description: A vibrant pre-wedding ceremony where guests put turmeric paste and marigold petals on the bride and groom to bless them with good luck and prosperity.
Sangeet
Date: Tuesday, January 6th
Location: Glass House at Nai Lert Park
Transportation: Shuttles will be provided from the Sukhothai.
Time: 6:00 pm-10:00 pm
Attire: Bright colors, jewel tones, and festive flair. Indian attire is welcomed and encouraged for this celebration.

Below are some traditional outfit options and where to find them.​

Women's Attire:
​
Lehenga– A long, flowing skirt paired with a fitted blouse (choli) and a dupatta (scarf/shawl).
Salwar Kameez– A comfortable outfit with a tunic top (kameez), loose pants (salwar or fitted churidar), and a dupatta.
Anarkali– A long, flowy dress-like tunic paired with leggings or pants.
Saree– A long, draped fabric worn over a blouse and a matching petticoat (slip skirt). The blouse can be short or long-sleeved, cropped, or full-length. Draping styles vary.
Sharara/Gharara– Wide-legged pants with a short or long tunic.
Men's Attire:

Kurta Pyjama- A long tunic with pants.
Bandhgala- A tailored jacket worn over a kurta.
Nehru jacket/vest- A vest worn over a kurta.
Sherwani- A long-sleeved jacket that falls below the knees, with a collarless design, shirt-style collar, or Mandarin collar.
